Chosen Behavioral Health provides treatment of addiction disorders and behavioral health concerns in adults, age 18 years and above, through an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and an Outpatient Program (OP). The program is geared for individuals that need a structured and intensive evidence-base treatment programs to address their behavioral health issues such as anxiety, depression, alcohol abuse, substance abuse, and others. Our program is designed to provide a higher level of concentrated therapy for clients struggling with mental disorders and /or substance abuse than does "regular" outpatient therapy, the IOP is facilitated by a team of licensed and certified mental health and addition professionals, who encourage active participation by the client. The program is comprised of a combination of group, individual, family, and couple therapy as determined by the needs of the client. An educational (didactic) component is critical. A 12-step program is an integral part of the Intensive Outpatient Program. Within the IOP, treatment plans are individualized to meet the unique needs of each client. The Outpatient Program is designed to provide a lower level of treatment. Modalities of Treatment such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Supportive Therapy, Family and Couple Therapy, Stress Management, and other methods may be used to assist each individual to reach his or her optimal level of functioning.
