All of our treatment programs provide support services such as case management, group and family therapy, alumni support groups and discharge planning. Inpatient Treatment at Carrollton Springs is designed to provide intensive, highly-structured treatment for adults, ages 18 and older with psychiatric, addictive, and co-occurring disorders. We offer outpatient treatment through the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Medication Management Services. We also offer a Help for Heroes program specially designed for active duty military, veterans, first responders, or other high-risk frontline professionals. This program offers treatment and therapy specifically geared for those who routinely face trauma, physical and mental stress, and life-threatening situations. Outpatient Child & Adolescent Therapy
At Carrollton Springs we offer Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Programs for children and adolescents, ages 9-18 at our Frisco and McKinney outpatient locations. Our services include: Comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and treatment; Medication management and monitoring; Psychotherapy, psychoeducational and process groups with a master's level clinician; Family and group therapies; Education services and academic support; Recreational and art therapy; Discharge planning and collaboration with schools and providers.
