We specialize in adolescent depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, personality disorders, substance use, dual diagnoses, suicidality and other issues. Many of our teens have difficulty regulating emotions and are engaging in high-risk/self-harm behaviors. Our team of highly qualified, licensed clinicians and medical professionals utilize evidence-based approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to teach teens practical skills for distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and improved impulse control. Through individual therapy, family therapy, group sessions, psychiatry, and experiential therapies (including art, music, yoga, fitness and more), your child will learn ways to manage stress, communicate appropriately, and lead a more fulfilled, productive life. Evolve Ojai offers premier mental health, substance use, and dual diagnosis treatment for children and teens ages 12-17 struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, self-harming/high-risk behaviors, addiction, suicidality, ADHD, Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder, and other emotional/behavioral issues. At Evolve, we cater exclusively to adolescents. Our treatment team includes a board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrist, licensed therapists, on-site nurses, counselors and 24-hour support staff. For out-of-state families, we offer family therapy via HIPAA-compliant video conferencing. We also provide daily academic support to keep teens on track with school. Teens participate in individual/family therapy multiple times a week, psychiatry sessions weekly, and daily groups on DBT Skills Training, Anger Management, Relapse Prevention, and Seeking Safety. Families from out-of-state participate in family therapy remotely. Our focus is on Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy integrated with experiential therapies (equine-assisted therapy, art, surfing, music, drama, yoga, fitness, and more). Insight Treatment Programs are intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) programs for teens and early young adults (14-19 years of age) suffering from mental health and addiction issues. Every family is unique and has different needs, problems, and resources. Therefore, Insight’s treatment staff takes pride in creating individualized treatment plans tailored to each family’s specific goals. Whether your teen is suffering from mental health disorders (depression, anxiety, or trauma) or is showing self-harming, aggressive or addictive behaviors, we are here to help. Evolve Treatment Center is a premier location supporting adolescents ages 12-17 struggling with mental health, addiction, and/or behavioral issues. Our outpatient programs are geared towards teens whose symptoms and behaviors are disrupting their day-to-day home living. Teens in our Partial Hospitalization Program participate in our full day of structured programming five days a week. Teens in our Intensive Outpatient Program attend three hours of programming three/four days a week. Our programs serve as a smooth transition for teens stepping down from an inpatient or residential treatment program, or as a higher level of treatment for teens requiring more structure than just weekly outpatient therapy. In both telehealth programs, teens receive individual and family sessions, multiple group sessions a day, psychiatric evaluations and educational/academic support (all via HIPAA-compliant video conference). Teens also participate in experiential activities like music therapy, art therapy, meditation, and yoga. We pride ourselves on creating a safe, structured, and accepting environment where adolescents learn the skills necessary for sustainable recovery.
