Our individualized treatment plans are carefully designed to help teens of all genders identities – ages 12 to 17 years old Many of the teens who come to us struggle with Anxiety Disorders, Depression, Identity Issues, OCD, Trauma, Substance Use, Self Harm, Suicidal Ideation and other mental health conditions that interfere with everyday life preventing them from succeeding to their fullest potential… Destinations believes in treatment accessibility and are able to provide this to families as demonstrated by being a certified Tricare provider and in-network with most major insurance providers. All of our programs are designed to deliver immediate support by utilizing a variety of techniques such as evidence based therapies, peer support, psychoeducation, mindfulness and other creative art therapies.

Insurance covers up to 100 percent of the treatment and therapeutic modalities that Newport Academy offers for teens ages 12-17. We accept all major insurance providers and work collaboratively with payers to optimize coverage for families. Many adolescents who receive treatment from Newport Academy using insurance coverage do so through a Single Case Agreement, a special contract through which out-of-network providers can work with a family’s insurance company on an In-Network basis. Newport Academy maintains a full-time, in-house team dedicated to supporting families through the mental health insurance coverage and financing process. In order to secure sufficient insurance coverage, we will most likely need to conduct a series of clinical reviews and any requested doctor-to-doctor calls with the insurance company. While other facilities may charge for this service, we feel it is our responsibility to assist families with what can be a complex process. Our goal is to ensure that families receive the maximum coverage, so they can access the highest-quality treatment.
