Telehealth is an innovative way to participate in our group treatment program and allows clients to connect with the therapist and one another in real time. It is easy to use and requires a computer with webcam , speakers and internet access. All communications are confidential and comply with privacy standards. We offer: Intimate group settings with a limit of 8 in a group 15 weeks intensive outpatient treatment, groups meet 3 times a week Group therapy facilitation by a licensed therapist Consultation with a nutritionist and/or registered dietitian Coordination with your primary care provider and/or therapist Individualized food plans prepared by our nutritionist. We offer groups for adults as well as an adolescent group. Boys and girls are treated and housed separately to eliminate drama and distraction. Evolve Treatment Centers supports adolescents ages 12-17 struggling with mental health, addiction, and/or behavioral issues. Evolve Vanalden is a Comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Residential Treatment Center: the first of its kind in California and one of only a handful in the country. DBT is an evidence-based treatment that has been proven to help reduce emotion dysregulation, self-harming behavior, and/or suicidal ideation. We treat teens diagnosed with depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, borderline personality disorder, addiction, or other issues. Evolve's robust clinical program includes individual and family therapy (at least five scheduled 1-hour sessions a week), DBT Skills Training Groups (4 times a week), and skills coaching (24/7). Teens learn and practice the four core skills of DBT: Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. At Evolve, we don't just learn DBT, we live it. With the help of our specialized staff, teens practice and apply their DBT skills at all opportunities throughout the day.

The Lotus Collaborative offers holistic behavioral health recovery services for individuals struggling with their mood, trauma, food and eating disorders through in-person and virtual programs. Lotus strives to create a recovery environment in which clients feel heard, ​respected and empowered, through ongoing collaboration between clients and the treatment team. All staff are sensitive to sexual orientation and gender identity as key issues in the recovery process and hold the understanding that “recovery” will vary from person to person. TLC offers two tracks to recovery: 1) The TLC Eating Disorder Track specializes in the treatment of anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, ARFID, compulsive exercise and any other ways disordered eating may show up in individuals of all identities. 2) The TLC Mood & Trauma Track focuses on the treatment of trauma and mood disorders including, but not limited to: PTSD, depression, anxiety and stress.
