We accept all major insurance providers and work collaboratively with payers to optimize coverage for families. Many adolescents who receive treatment from Newport Academy using insurance coverage do so through a Single Case Agreement, a special contract through which out-of-network providers can work with a family’s insurance company on an In-Network basis. Newport Academy maintains a full-time, in-house team dedicated to supporting families through the mental health insurance coverage and financing process. In order to secure sufficient insurance coverage, we will most likely need to conduct a series of clinical reviews and any requested doctor-to-doctor calls with the insurance company. While other facilities may charge for this service, we feel it is our responsibility to assist families with what can be a complex process. The Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program at Metamorphosis is a structured, short-term treatment program designed for adolescents ages 13–17 who struggle with suicidal thoughts and are at risk of hospitalization or are in need of a more intensive level of therapy than traditional counseling provides. Adolescents in our IOP will benefit from being in intensive therapy three times a week, 3 hrs a day, while remaining at home, in school and a part of the community during their treatment.

Peninsula Health Center's outpatient programs cater to people who are seeking help with addiction treatment but cannot attend a residential program. Our clients attend treatment around their other responsibilities, such as work and family. Our clients struggle with addiction and a co-occurring disorder. We treat every substance addiction, and usually these addictions are coupled with mental health struggles, such as depression or anxiety.
