Integration Support Group Starting January 16
Starting Tuesday January 16! Powerful, perspective-shifting experiences come to us from many different angles. Spiritual awakenings, psychedelic experiences, dreams, somatic releases, and many others can offer profound shifts in our awareness. Oftentimes, these transformative encounters do not have the space, language, or support needed to be held in a way that harvests their true potential for our lives. This is where therapeutic integration work can step in. Join a community of seekers, facilitated by practitioners experienced in holding space for personal healing and understanding.

Womxn's Group starting January 18th!
Join us every Thursday night from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm, starting January 18th, for engaging discussions, guided self-reflection, mindfulness exercises, and coping strategies. Our Women’s Group centers on self-compassion and connection. Led by a licensed mental health therapist, this group provides a safe space for women seeking to enhance their self-compassion and develop a stronger connection with their inner peace and confidence in the healing presence of community. Open to all self-identifying womxn, we aim to create a safe and welcoming space for individuals from diverse backgrounds.
