Outpatient treatment is well-suited for and usually recommended as a step down from detoxification, acute inpatient hospitalization, residential treatment or partial hospitalization treatment. Additionally, some people choose to begin treatment at this level of care if deemed appropriate. Outpatient treatment allows for the opportunity and experience to participate in therapy weekly, while also maintaining a career, schooling, family life, outside obligations and extracurricular interests/activities. This level of care also allows for the opportunity to integrate and practice learned skills in the environment you live in while having the connection to professionals to assist in any obstacles, barriers, setbacks; but also to offer and reinforce connectivity, support and encouragement. We use the power of the group and individual therapy to illuminate blindspots, identify issues, increase awareness, connect in a healthy and mature manner, all while being supported and challenged to grow, expand and rebuild. Our program is uniquely set in the serene Montana landscape, offering an ideal backdrop for healing and self-discovery. Experiential Therapy, combined with the experiential learning opportunities available in our outdoor settings, provides a distinctive approach to recovery. It focuses on involving clients in activities that promote mindfulness, resilience, and emotional regulation. Participants engage in activities such as ropes courses, hiking, and equine therapy, which are not just therapeutic but also instrumental in building resilience, self-esteem, and a sense of accomplishment.
