Located in Nashville, Aster Springs Outpatient specializes in treating adults (all genders, 18 years or older) struggling with eating disorders and co-occurring conditions. We place a strong emphasis on building and practicing the skills and self-management strategies in real-time that enable clients to build a life in alignment with their values and achieve long-term recovery.
Levels of Care
Aster Springs Outpatient offers Partial Hospitalization Programming (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Programming, and Evening Intensive Outpatient Programming. Our PHP serves as a comprehensive outpatient program, offering preventive measures to hospitalization and serving as a bridge from hospital or residential treatment. Clients attend programming five days a week for six hours daily. Our IOP, designed for those with distressing symptoms or limited progress in traditional outpatient services, provides extra support and fosters improvement. IOP meets in-person three to five days a week for three hours daily, with an evening option available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm to accommodate various schedules.
