WHAT WE TREAT?
Arbor offers a 90-day comprehensive treatment program using a medley of modalities for individuals struggling with emotional health, relationships, trauma, and addictions. HOW WE TREAT?
The Arbor program is comprehensive- starting from a thorough assessment through maintenance stages once the program is complete. Over the course of treatment, clients have the opportunity to meet and work with our entire treatment team. The team meets regularly to discuss progress, and offers a broad perceptive on each individual. Additionally, the team meets and communicates with the family and any primary therapists throughout the duration of treatment. We believe that for change to remain permanent, the larger context of the family system must be addressed to support and encourage changes made. Arbor hosts weekly meetings for family members to learn and discuss how they can help support and facilitate the changes made. The Arbor program provides a highly structured and integrated 48-module skills group curriculum, as well as a broad range of cutting-edge experiential modalities enabling clients to process their inner emotional world using a bottom-up approach to healing.
