Teens / Young Adults - Intensive Outpatient (IOP)
Altura Mental Health provides daily Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Programs for Teens, Young Adults, and their families, who are suffering from mental health issues. Highly flexible in-person and virtual (on-line) treatment options. Extensive initial and regular follow-up diagnostics to formulate and ensure the most effective individualized treatment planning for each participant. We provide comprehensive IOP (Intensive Outpatient Programs) for teens and young adults, who are experiencing psychological conditions and distress, at our Pacific Beach facility, as well as on-line (virtual). Programming is after-school (4:00-8:00pm), weekdays.
