EQ Perspectives is a multi-level mental health facility. We offer partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) as well as therapy and medication management. Our programs are designed for patients who find that once a week therapy is not enough. Our patients are often struggling in many areas of life: school, work, socially or relationally. They are in need of a structured daily program. We will assess each patient to determine the level of care needed. We treat adults and adolescents with mood and anxiety disorders. We also have a dual diagnosis program which focuses on mental health and co-occuring substance abuse problems.

We give clients struggling with substance abuse a safe place to focus on their recovery with peers who provide essential support. Our team at Roots Recovery has been a critical part of the sober community in Milwaukee since the summer of 2012, and in that time, we’ve fostered the strong connections needed to rebuild lives and fuel lasting recovery.
