Promont Wellness is a premier, outpatient treatment center offering outpatient mental health & substance use treatment ranging from 25 hours per week at our highest level of care to two hours per week at our least intensive level of care. Promont strongly believes in providing quality services to those who may need them. At Promont Wellness, we offer the full continuum of outpatient care; PHP, IOP and OP, with individualized treatment options. We also offer medicated assisted treatment in all levels of care. Our staff have backgrounds working with mental health, substance use, LGBTQ+ individuals, trauma, eating disorders and many other concerns which are often cooccurring with substance use disorders. Promont Wellness recognizes that there can be many paths to recovery from substance use. Our providers are LGBTQ+ affirming and open to an all paths to recovery approach.
