Often times, how we were raised and messages we received throughout our life have caused us to create beliefs about ourselves that can be distressing. We separate our different identities and don't feel whole. Through vulnerability and discomfort, I can support you in finding wholeness and letting go of these beliefs that are no longer serving you. I believe self-compassion and vulnerability are central to wellness, and my clients will learn to apply those skills to all parts of their identity. I work with individuals and couples seeking support in intimacy, connection, parenthood and loss.
