Over the last two years, I have cultivated a patient-centered, trauma-informed, culturally responsive therapeutic practice. I have worked with numerous populations, including young adults who have been involved in the justice system, youth experiencing complex trauma, young girls and women struggling with the navigation of oppressive systems, LGBTQIA+ -identifying adolescents, and special education students and their families.
Providing a collaborative and supportive environment for my clients is the heart of my practice. I aim to offer a compassionate space where my clients may explore and process their experiences while feeling heard, understood, and unconditionally accepted. I value authenticity, curiosity, and humor, and I bring all of those to the therapeutic space.
