Being an immigrant myself, I work extensively with immigrants and their families, as well as families of mixed racial/cultural backgrounds. I am a strong advocate for under-served, underrepresented groups, and for victims of social injustice and domestic violence.
I'm fluent in Chinese Mandarin and English. My therapeutic orientations are mainly psychodynamic and person-centered, combined with Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Structural Family Therapy approaches. I am a certified Domestic Violence counselor. I offer individual, couple, and family therapy to adolescents and adults.
