Mrs. Zelina Silber is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who graduated Summa Cum Laude from Touro University with her Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. She has experience working with teens and adults with Mood Disorders and Personality Disorders, and her areas of clinical emphasis include evidence-based treatments for anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress (PTSD), codependency, and eating disorders.
Zelina recognizes that while seeking out therapy may at times feel overwhelming, the potential benefits of discovering one’s inner strength, finding deeper understanding, and experiencing healing constitute a wonderful investment in ourselves and our relationships.
In addition, Zelina completed an Externship in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples, and practices EFT to help couples gain deeper understanding and connection with one another.
