With over 20 years of experience, I have gained invaluable experience treating a broad and diverse population with acute and chronic behavioral health issues, including trauma, often utilizing trauma-informed care. Being bicultural/bilingual has sharpened my lens to appreciate how culture, background, and individual differences impact functioning.
I find it my privilege to be part of an individual's life journey and to be that objective perspective and support, something that can be difficult to obtain from family or friends, despite their best intentions.
