My primary approach is Mindfulness Based-CBT, which comes with a focus on the brain and body connection. I supplement with solution focused therapy, mindfulness practices, inner work, and CBT to regulate the body, confront trauma, and modify negative thinking/behaviors. My approach is individual and client led.
