Everyone has that moment where the pain is too much. I love giving people the space they need to explore what is causing the hurt, so that we can work together and find solutions. Sometimes that space or need is the schedule and the cost. I intentionally keep my office hours open for evening and occasional weekend sessions and my costs are designed to help those in East Texas that may not have insurance or high incomes.
My style of therapy is direct as we explore your questions and needs. When we meet (in person or online), I will offer an open and listening ear without judgement, and you will begin to process what brought you to therapy.
I love helping people add new tools to their "box" so that each new hiccup isn't a challenge, but a way to grow. So come on in, and let me guide you to a new place of hope and clarity for the days ahead.

Grief Support - Religious Focus

A grief support group on a 14 week cycle to help those dealing with the loss of loved ones manage and cope. Utilizing the GriefShare group program, you can join a virtual or in person group at any point while they are meeting. The group is faith-based and religious focused, but this is not a requirement for attendees. Past attendees have ranged from 10 years post loss to just 1 month after losing their spouse or child. The current group is meeting in person on Wednesday afternoons through the end of May, 2024.
