My main goal for my clients is to assist them in navigating their difficult emotions and helping them process their feelings. I offer an empathetic atmosphere and safe place to share feelings and traumas experienced. Each person has a story to tell and sometimes he/she is not validated by those closest to them, and this can further the trauma of the individual. Together, we explore and process traumas from the person's life to help him/her live a more fulfilling life. Progress and moments of joy are also celebrated in which empowers the client to become his/her best self.
I work with clients' various issues such as marriage challenges, coping with loss, feeling empty and unmotivated by life, clients going through life transitions and wanting to process their feelings. I offer emotional support and validation of the person's feelings and experiences and offer valuable feedback via talk therapy.
