I am trained in EMDR therapy and have experience working with trauma, substance use, anxiety, depression, abuse, people with felonies/criminal backgrounds, and LGBTQIA+ clients. Therapy will focus on self-regulation, mindfulness, and processing emotions and memories in a safe and comfortable space.
My approach to each client is to listen with an understanding of someone else’s lived experiences and to create an environment that is positive and allows anyone to explore issues without fear of judgment.
