I enjoy working with clients who are motivated to understand their personal patterns, diving into their capacity and ability for change, and working to achieve the goals that they feel are specific and central to their life experience. Clients who enjoy welcoming curiosity to their experience and finding compassion for themselves at every part of their personal journey, makes this work most satisfying.
I provide a person centered approach to all clients so that they feel the care and treatment they receive is specific to what they feel is most important. I also utilize several other approaches including, dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, internal family systems, family systems, and mindfulness informed approaches.
My desire is that each client feels that they are in a safe space. A space that is free from judgment and bias, where they are able to truly connect with themselves in order to gain personal strength, deep understanding in relationships, and feel more confident in their communication and self advocacy.
