I draw on therapeutic approaches like DBT, CBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, & exposure therapy to set firm boundaries, navigate postpartum, explore culture & identity, recover from people-pleasing, & process loss and trauma, including race-related trauma. For ADHD, I draw on a strengths perspective & non-medication interventions like computerized cognitive training, mindfulness, & organization techniques. I meet with clients in person at our Jersey City office by the Journal Sq PATH or by video sessions across NY and NJ. I work Mon-Fri and have day and evening hours. We are a savvy out of network practice and will check your coverage, explain how it works, and submit claims for you. Most clients pay around $50-$90/session after meeting their deductible.
