Individual sessions are 50 minutes and couples/family sessions are 80 minutes.
Change happens when we feel safe to be seen. I hold this therapeutic environment, so we can quickly tap the emotional awareness and presence you need to live true. I have completed advanced training in AEDP, Fierce Love, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. I am committed to helping individuals, couples, and families repair and regain their best functioning.
