Hello! What an accomplishment to prioritize your mental health! I'm Zach. Together, we will work through a variety of issues such as Anxiety, Depression, Bi-Polar, Parenting, Family Conflict, and Grief to name a few. Our goal is to help you to navigate all of life's challenges in healthy ways, while being a safe, accepting, and non-judgmental space.
I take a person-centered, strengths-based approach to therapy. You are the driving force both in life and in session, and it is my goal to help you navigate the challenges you are facing. Together, we will incorporate a variety of techniques in session, including: CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing.
If you are thinking of getting into therapy, or simply need a non-judgmental place to vent, my space is open to you. I work with families, children aged 12 and up, college aged individuals, as well as adults and retirees. I also specialize in working with men of all ages. Nobody needs to do this alone. We are all in this together.
