I OFFER INPERSON THERAPY SESSION-MASKED AND UNMASKED. While counseling tends to be about serious issues, it is important to me to know my clients on a personal level, not just the struggles they are going through. I like to know how my clients take their coffee, their idiosyncrasies, and which football team makes them yell at the screen on Sunday's. My approach is practical and honest. I value transparency, humor, self-awareness, and genuine exchanges.
I enjoy working with couples, teens, and young adults. More specifically, the areas of ADHD, marriage/couples counseling, and men's issues are my specialty.
I completed my Master's degree in Counseling at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. I am currently working towards my Doctorate at ISPP. My wife and I call the northwest Chicago suburbs home and are intentional to involve ourselves in our community and the lives of those around us.
