It may not always be an easy task, but I believe that if we can put in the work, it will all pay off and lead to healthier outcomes. In addition, I like to have clients who are open to working with me and want a better quality of life.
I am a licensed social worker who has worked across the lifespan with individuals, spanning over a decade of experience. Whether it be life transitions, mental health concerns, or addictions, to name a few. I believe that together we can make a difference and find peace/balance again.
