I've worked in the field of mental health for over 10 years, serving clients at every level from inpatient psychiatric care, to community mental health, and now outpatient mental health services. I've been fortunate to have the opportunity to help people from all backgrounds manage and resolve struggles around depression, anxiety, and trauma.
One of the biggest and hardest steps that one can take in their mental health journey is that first phone call or email to reach out for professional help. My practice is based around a relational approach, building a strong partnership to process, strategize, and lift the weight of unresolved trauma and self doubt that many of us carry everyday.
