I enjoy working with clients who seek to better themselves, whether that be through processing past traumas, managing emotional distress, or working toward short-term and/or long-term goals. I want to extend a helping hand if you have been feeling overwhelmed so that we can work together on what is important for you.
I am experienced in working with preteens, adolescents, and young adults in helping manage distressing symptoms related to ADHD, anxiety, depression, stress, and difficult life transitions. I also have an interest in men's mental health and have experience helping clients with related issues.
You don't have to suffer in silence! It takes a lot of courage to step into the therapy room and I hope to provide a patient, safe environment for self-exploration and collaboration in treatment that will allow you to make meaningful change in your life as you see fit.
