I am passionate about working with individuals committed to growth. Personal growth and progress within therapy are topics we will discuss early and often as we begin to build a picture for what role therapy can take to best serve your treatment needs. The work we will do within therapy will center around maximizing your potential through understanding your values. This work is meant to be collaborative and will be based on what is most important to you. During sessions, I will teach dynamic skills to better understand ways of achieving the types of growth desired.
My training ranges from community mental health to private practice and college counseling clinics. I have worked with D1 college athletes to identify barriers to top performance and work through past aversive events. I work with individuals across the lifespan with a variety of presenting concerns. I am happy to discuss how therapy may benefit you today!
