I have significant experience in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). These modalities enable me to offer a tailored approach that addresses the unique needs of each client, fostering personal growth and emotional well-being.
