My name is Zach Wittmann, and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). I work with adults and specialize in helping those who are dealing with high levels of stress, relationship/work/family issues, and generally feeling stuck. Many of my clients tend to be between the ages of 25-45 who may be dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and life transitions.
I commonly utilize a mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as well as Rogerian (client-centered approach) among other therapeutic techniques with my clients. Equally important as the type of technique being used is the connection that I aim to develop first and foremost with my clients.
In our sessions, you can expect a casual and laid-back style of communication. I aim to be my authentic self with everyone I work with, and I want all my clients to feel comfortable in sessions with me as a result.
