As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I have completed doctoral level coursework and currently hold dual Masters’ Degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy. I enjoy helping people who may be struggling to manage Anxiety, ADHD, Depression, Complex Trauma, and PTSD that negatively impacts personal life, relationships, family, and occupation. For the last ten years, I have built a reputation in our community for the ability to make meaningful and transformative connections, while bringing about lasting change.

I have specialized training and experience treating individuals and couples utilizing CPT, IFS, DBT, EFT, MBCT, CBT, Brainspotting, Somatic Therapy, The Gottman Method, Integrative Sex and Couples Therapy, and Strategies for Trauma Awareness and Resilience.
My approach to therapy is person-centered, integrative and intuitive, considering attachment style and interpersonal dynamics, while also encouraging the development of practical skills to improve quality of life and relationship.
