Working as a therapist for over 10 years, I have always been passionate about helping people overcome their challenges and achieve their goals. I have experience working with people who are facing issues of depression, anxiety, ADHD, addiction, and trauma. I have worked with various populations and feel comfortable working with most everyone. I have also specialized in working with male youth who struggle with managing symptoms of impulsivity, and oppositional defiant behavior.
I offer telehealth therapy and in-person sessions at my office located right by the Murdock Canal Trail. This gives you the ability and option to use the protected pathway to access the office. I have found that using light physical movement in nature helps through the healing process.
