I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 12 years of experience providing psychotherapy services to adults, adolescents, and families in the Washington metropolitan area. Before founding my own practice, I worked as a Middle School counselor for 10 years where I gained extensive experience working with school administrators and counselors, social service providers, and parents in supporting adolescents via counseling. In addition to counseling, I offer parent training and guidance with educational supports. I also work with adults on a wide range of emotional or relational challenges.
I specialize in supporting challenges related to ADHD and executive functioning, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, relational issues, family conflict, oppositional/defiant behaviors, and college transition.
