I believe that each person has the capability to build upon their strengths and resources to develop new skills, resolve the impact of potentially long-standing issues in life, and become a better version of themselves. I will be your support while gently challenging you, when needed, to reach the goals that you have set for yourself. After all, you are the expert on your life.
I utilize a multitude of therapeutic frameworks to help guide my clients through the change process, including the Gottman Method to couple's therapy, structural family therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and cognitive-behavioral approaches. In my 10+ years in the field I have learned that therapy is not one-size-fits-all, as such, I tailor my approach to you.
