Reaching out for help can be scary but it's also very courageous. Congratulations on taking the first step. It would be my honor to work with you. In individual, couple, or family sessions, I work with my clients to create inner and outer peace using evidence-based modalities. I believe that the healing journey is about creating awareness of our already existing inner resources and adding more to our resource toolbox so we can live our best life. I often work with clients facing life transitions, conflict, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Together we discuss how to increase positivity and find confidence in one’s own abilities.
I received my master's and doctoral degrees from Purdue University. I worked with clients in different clinical settings for 20 years and served as an associate professor of psychology at a university. I received EMDR Certification, which I often utilize in sessions. I recently published my first book "Secure" which can be found on Amazon at a.co/d/5NEqidf
I provide online sessions to clients in California, Oregon, Indiana, and Florida through a confidential platform. Although I do not currently take insurance, I can provide you with a superbill.
