As a certified EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist, I treat individuals living with PTSD/Trauma. As an adoption/foster care therapist, I have experience working with individuals living with attachment issues, related to negative interpersonal experiences. I use meditation practices and active listening in a holistic approach.
