I hold a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am an experienced Clinical Mental Health Therapist dedicated to helping adults overcome a variety of minor and difficult issues related to mental health needs. In my private practice, I create a non-judgmental and emotionally safe place for all clients.
I use various treatment theories including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I help adults discover a new way of life to promote healing, wellness, happiness and stability. I enjoy being a part of helping adults achieve their goals to become a better person in wellness and the best they can be in life. I am also a State of Maryland, Board-Approved Supervisor.
