I consider myself your personal Navigator during your mental health journey by providing clinical feedback, trust, active listening, personal accountability, and homework to help you reach your therapeutic goals. Life Coaching is also available for those who want to work on short term goals, accountability, and their personal development.
With over 15 years of experience, I offer a variety of therapeutic interventions to assist you with your goals that range from strength based, motivational interviewing, solution focused, and client centered therapy. All of these interventions are designed to help you feel supported and empowered during your sessions.
