Hi, my name is Yuri and I want to create spaces for people to unwind and release, facilitating a place for comfort, privacy, safety, venting, learning, and growth. Starting therapy can sound daunting, having to open up and be vulnerable in hopes of getting better. You've already taken the first step by being here and reading this!
