I strive to provide a safe space for you to allow you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and past without fear of being judged or invalidated. My goal is to make a difference with the right combination of words to help you find your place in a difficult circumstance and overcome it. I collaborate with clients and have experience working with diverse populations, with various presenting issues, such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, family and relationship conflicts, and major life transitions. Sometimes all you need is a little help to lead you towards self discovery.
I specialize in treating complex trauma, low self-esteem, relationship issues, women's issues, personality disorders, and first-generation multicultural issues. I offer in-person as well as virtual psychotherapy sessions to individuals and couples of all ages.
I utilize an integrative approach, drawing from psychodynamic, person-centered, and cognitive-behavioral theories to support my clients in identifying personal goals and providing resources and techniques to meet them. I collaborate with clients to develop and modify treatment based on the client's needs.
