Through our life experiences, we can develop habits and patterns of thinking that can move us away from feeling like our true selves. I aim to help clients increase awareness of those unwanted thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to break free from feeling stuck and disconnected from themselves and the world around them. Additionally, I provide psychological evaluations to assist in clarifying diagnoses and develop treatment recommendations for ADHD, learning difficulties, depression, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health disorders.
My work is rooted in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and I integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). My clinical interests are anxiety disorders, fertility challenges, pregnancy and postpartum, addictive behaviors, substance use disorders, and relationship issues.
