Being a mental health provider, I specialize with working with those struggling with populations with Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Bipolar, Borderline Personality Disorder, Grief, Relationship Issues, Anger Management, Substance Use and Trauma. My therapeutic approach is integrative and often is individualized to the individual's needs.
