| 日本語 I am a Somatic Psychotherapist from Japan. I have worked for Simple Trauma / PTSD and Complex Trauma / Complex PTSD. I will work through the trauma behind your current problems, depression, panic, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and so on, by reading the signs and noticing the unspoken voice and exploring the unknown self with your curiosity. You become aware of yourself that you have not been aware of before. I am here to support you.
I have worked as Somatic Psychotherapist for Trauma since 1996 in Japan. I have practiced various Somatic Psychotherapies (Mindfulness-based body-oriented psychotherapies) for Simple & Complex Trauma / PTSD. I am a Certified EMDR Therapist in Japan (Part1 Training 2008, Part2 Training 2009), and Certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (Training 2009-).
Until December 2025, we are offering 90-minute sessions of Somatic Psychotherapy (including EMDR, SE, SP, Brainspotting, etc.) for $130. This service is available only to elementary school students, teenagers, college students up to age 20, and couples. Clients must commit to attending consistently once a week.
