I work from a psychodynamic and attachment theory perspective which recognizes the ways early relationships have shaped you and the potential for change through a new, safe, positive, and collaborative therapy relationship. I have advanced training in EMDR therapy for working with people suffering from trauma.
I work with individuals and couples seeking help in areas of depression, anxiety, relational-strain, abuse, loss, self-identity and life transitions.
