I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and have certification as a National Certified Counselor. It is my goal to provide meaningful, introspective professional and purposeful therapeutic methods to help one navigate challenges presented by life. I provide therapy in a confidential, warm, non-judgmental, and safe environment. My educational and career background has prepared me to utilize a variety of treatment methods, from solution-focused to cognitive behavioral therapy (making connections between your past and your present) to guide the sessions.
Using a variety of treatment methods allows me to customize the sessions specific to your unique characteristics, life experiences and presenting concerns. As a therapist, I have worked primarily with adults, families, groups, children, and those struggling with fear of failure, anger, daily stressors, relationship issues as well as depression and anxiety.
