My name is Yoseline Bogna, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My preferred name is Yosie, and I use a collaborative client-centered approach to therapy, integrating skill building, mindfulness, and providing empathetic support. Client-centered, solution-focused, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral, and trauma-focused therapy. I like to cultivate a safe space for open and honest discussion; I encourage feedback both from the client and the therapist. My preference is to have a clear, structured approach to sessions, with flexibility and understanding that each individual client has different needs.
My focus includes substance use disorders, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, suicide, anger, self-esteem, aging, job/career, chronic health problems.
Through my experience, I have some understanding of the client's perspective and strive to approach my work with empathy, compassion, and patience.
