Healing Complex Childhood Trauma
This is a group for people who have had childhood trauma. This is a safe space to be your authentic self no matter what that looks like on any given day. We want to explore into what made us the way we are and how to overcome our symptoms. This is for anyone who is a survivor of even mild complex trauma or for anyone who is in a close relationship with a trauma survivor. We want to focus on complex trauma which may be affecting today.

Relationship Struggles
Women and men often struggle with relationships, healthy boundaries, and managing conflicts which can impact our relationships. At times we and have difficulty understanding why we can’t make the right connections or make our existing connections work better. Emotional wounds can happen within the context of relationships, and it is important to identify and work through them. The ability to open up without fear of being judged, allows people to begin the healing process. This is for people to receive advice, to help people identify their struggles and what is the cause of such.
